Innova Demir Çelik has adopted the principle of keeping the quality of its products at the highest level. The company always prioritizes the importance it gives to quality in order to increase customer satisfaction and competitiveness in the sector. In this context, a comprehensive and solid quality policy is at the center of all the company's activities. This policy is seen as the key to the company's long-term success and sustainable growth.
İnnova Demir Çelik's QUALITY POLICY has been meticulously built on the following basic principles, which reflect the company's vision and mission, while also aiming to meet modern production standards and customer expectations:

QUALITY GOALS determined by İDÇ Management in this direction are as follows:
Organizing training programs for the adoption, understanding, implementation and continuous improvement of the quality policy, İDÇ company and quality awareness at all levels, providing training to all employees and monitoring the progress,
Ensuring effective communication between all levels of İDÇ, regularly reviewing and improving this communication, encouraging participation at all levels and establishing a mechanism for evaluating employee suggestions,
Creating, implementing and developing quality plans to guarantee the compliance of customer demands with international standards and İDÇ specifications,
Reviewing all production and service processes at regular intervals, determining the needs for improvement and development; Creating programs to meet, improve and develop resource needs.

By adopting the philosophy of measurement, analysis and improvement, it is aimed to evaluate the following data and make continuous improvement measurable:
Data obtained as a result of the application of process management and corrective/preventive action methods,
Internal and external audit results,
Customer complaints, demands and satisfaction data,
Supplier evaluation data,
Management review data.
Evaluating these data with objective criteria will ensure that continuous improvement is measurable and assessable.
