In this facility, scrap steel is melted and refined as part of the recycling process and converted into high-quality billets with state-of-the-art continuous casting machines. This process is a reflection of our environmentally friendly and sustainable production approach. Our annual production capacity has reached an impressive figure of 3,100,000 tons, making us one of the leading organizations in our sector.
Our Steel Mill Consists of 5 Strategic Sections for Integrated and Efficient Production:
Scrap Yard: The first stop where raw materials are collected and classified.
Electric Arc Furnace: The high-tech center where steel is melted.

Our production process is realized with the perfect harmony of advanced technology and expert workforce: Steel melted at high temperatures in an electric arc furnace is carefully alloyed in a ladle furnace. At this stage, the special demands of our customers and the highest quality standards are taken into consideration. The liquid steel, meticulously examined by our experienced quality control team, is finally brought to billet or bloom form in continuous casting machines. The high quality steel products produced in this way are shipped to rolling mills for various industrial applications.
